No Refunds After Subscription

Due to the digital nature of our service, all subscriptions are final once access is granted. That's why we offer free preview of the first few pages—use it to evaluate quality before subscribing.

That's why we let you convert the first few pages for free. No credit card required. See the AI quality with your own documents before deciding to subscribe.

If the preview pages look good, the rest of your document will look good too. If you're not satisfied with the preview quality, simply don't subscribe.

What You Get With Subscription

When you subscribe to AI Pro ($9.90/month), you get:

Why No Refunds?

Digital subscriptions can't be "returned" like physical goods. Once you've subscribed and had access to the service for the billing month, there's no way for us to take it back.

That's why we emphasize the free preview. It shows you exactly what you'll get before you pay. There's no risk—you can see the quality with your own documents first.

The Only Exception: Technical Issues

If payment succeeds but a technical problem prevents you from using the service, we will help you.

What counts as a technical issue?

  • Payment confirmed but conversion doesn't start
  • Conversion starts but never finishes
  • Download link broken or not working
  • Service down during your subscription period (affecting your usage)

What doesn't count?

  • Dissatisfaction with quality (you should have checked the preview)
  • Changed your mind
  • Found a cheaper alternative
  • Forgot to cancel before renewal
  • Document didn't convert well (preview shows representative quality)

How to Request Help for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem:

  1. Contact us at the email address in our footer
  2. Include your task ID or transaction ID
  3. Describe the technical issue you encountered

We'll investigate and help you get what you paid for. If we can't resolve the technical issue, we'll issue a refund for the affected billing month.

Cancellation & Future Billing

You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

We don't offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing month. That's why we recommend trying the free preview before subscribing.
